1. Use of Website -You agree to use our website for lawful purposes only.You may not:

  • Interfere with or disrupt website functionality

  • Upload harmful or malicious content

  • Copy or distribute website content without permission

 

2. Product Descriptions - We strive to provide accurate descriptions and photos of all items. Because most merchandise is pre-loved, all items are sold as-is.

 

We do not guarantee that:

  • Colors will appear identical on all screens

  • Sizing, wear, or condition will be perfect

 

3. Pricing & Payment - All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. Payment is required at checkout using approved payment methods displayed on the site.

 

4. Order Processing & Pickup/Shipping - Orders are processed within the timeframe listed at checkout. Pickup orders must be collected within the stated pickup window. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Failure to pick up an order within the designated time may result in restocking with no refund.

 

5. Return / Exchange Policy - Little Styles & Smiles offers EXCHANGE ONLY within 7 days of purchase.

 

You must provide:

  • The original receipt

  • Items in original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags if applicable)

6. Consignment Terms -  Consignors agree to the terms outlined in our Consignment Agreement.

 

We reserve the right to:

  • Accept or reject items

  • Set pricing

  • Mark down items during sales or clearance periods

 

7. Limitation of Liability - We are not liable for:

  • Loss or theft of consigned items due to circumstances beyond our control

  • Errors on the website

  • Damages resulting from your use of the website
